I’m currently committed to meditating at least once a day, and if possible twice. Through meditation, I’ve learned to identify the different voices in my mind and I’ve learned to redirect them.
Years ago, I thought that the voices in my head were actually my voice. With time I’ve learned to redirect them into different directions. Especially when I wake up I try to replace negative thoughts by positive affirmations even before opening my eyes. I wouldn’t have been able to do this if it wasn’t for my meditation practice.
